  9. James, Daffy is the most funnest character with the exception of Beaky Buzzard, Porky, Pete Puma, etc. Daffy went through more changes than any other character.

  12. Rick, actually it's so secret I'm not allowed to know about it. We are doing some new Looney Tunes for TV with all the old gang.

  14. Glad you're aboard Jim. I pray everything that's good in pre-production will end up on screen.

  15. Thanks Weirdo I hope it lasts for awhile so I can save some money and get a house and do stuff like that. I never get tired of theses characters but would love to finish the Testaclese comic. It's only 12 pages but is taking forever.

  17. Sorry Nubian, I know it all sounds like a joke but we are doing new Looney Tunes. That sketch was just a doodle from an idea from a concept based on a treatment... there I go again being semi-funny. The show is really in production - this is my first week on staff. It is the original characters , not Tiny or Toony or Loony, though I did work on the early Tiny Toons and it was a blast. Many of the people who went to Spumco were on that show, including: Bob Camp, Lynne Naylor, Chris Reccardi, Jim Gomez, Eddie Fitzgerald, Mike Fontanelli, Rich Pursell, and many more.

  18. I hope this time Warners will exploit the Looney Tunes as characters with individual personalities and not just talking heads spewing catch phrases.

I think the only revival that was done decently was the Greg Ford produced films and shorts during the late 80's to early 90's. Greg understood very much was, and is, a fan of these characters and has genuine respect for them.

  20. Hey Jim,
I am an animator and I've been a big fan of the Looney Tunes (especially Daffy) for quite some time.I would love to be involved in this production in anyway possible. Are there opportunities for this project? Here are two links to my work.

  21. Actually James I know very little about the openings here, I am trying to get some work for friends and fellow artists but it's slow. Try the website for WB there's a site with job listings but offhand I don't know the name of it.
