This particular scene always reminded me of the end of "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" when Tigger is walking off into the distance. I get the same tender feeling the characters feel as they're favorite friend or favorite thing to do is torn away from them.

I recognize this one, it was when Stimpy was waving good bye to Ren in Big House Blues.
