Love the bottom drawing! For some reason when I first looked at it I thought the guy behind the counter was some kind of meat-dispensing nozzle. Like a gas pump for meat.
These are from the constructionist period, with kudos to Preston Blair, Kirby, and them. Check out Burne Hogarth early books with all the microscopic construction on eyelids, lips, etc. Whew he is out there.
