Great Color in posters

But I don't have to tell you that, just like to gaze upon the genius again. Everybody was a genius back in the days.

I remember the Psycho one. Hitchcock definitely is a favorite of mine.

Ohh, and also, I'm just curious Jim, but are you a fan of the Twilight Zone? It seems like your cup of tea, and I've been watching a marathon almost the whole weekend.

I do like the Twilight Zone though always enjoyed Outer Limits more. I wonder why they started th tradition of 4th of July marathon.

I don't think I actually ever saw Outer Limits. I gotta catch it sometime.

And I dunno why its 4th of July marathon, but its always something to look forward, to for me.

I love old-fashioned movie posters. They knew how to draw the audience in. Beautiful posters.

Search Cartoonnetwork is going to start making "reality" shows. I enjoy Cartoon Network's shows, and if I think to myself, "Gosh, I want to watch a cartoon" chances are I'll look at Cartoon Network. It covers its niche well, from kids shows to the highly lauded and successful Adult Swim and late night Anime. But no, not good enough for them to be a highly successful Cartoon showing network. Variety reports that Cartoon Network is producing 4 reality shows out of the 13 new shows on their new slate and partnering with the NBA to produce a short form segment. Search Cartoonnetwork

Hey I'm a new big fan of your work! Are you and John K still working on the George Liquor cartoons for Pontiac? or did they get cancelled?

Jimbo said...

Yes James, sadly we went down with General motors ship. Who knew? This happened once before with Icebox back in the mid-90s, also George Liquor, maybe the gods are trying to tell us something.

So sad. Do you guys have any other plans for the near future? I'm surprised Tenacious D isn't helping you guys out more. Jack Black sure has the big bucks and seems to like Spumco

Jimbo said...

Well James lots of plans, none that are pending. There are plans to do a pilot for Chestaclese here at the WB just in the discussion phase. I am finally getting the comic book in shape for publishing through Wild Card ink the people that do Gumbie comics.

PSHYCO has my nomination of best film theme ever.

Speaking of classic films, I saw WHITE HEAT for the first time ever two nights ago. James Cagney's Cody Jarrett makes Al Pachino's Tony Montana look like a pussy.

Oh crap, I mean PSYCHO.

GOOD LUCK WITH CHESTACLES AT WB! If you guys need a janitor on the show, make sure and call me. I'll dump all the waste baskets and get rid of all the fart smells after everyone leaves, promise

Rod Serling is an American Hero.

Just thought I'd say that.

Chris it's a done deal or so they say, if you'll keep the toilets clean you'll always have work.
