They were painted by several fine artists including Bill Wray, Bob Camp, John K., as well as Scott. I don't remember exactly who did these here. John would know for sure.
Hey Jim, Just had one of those morning where you have to get up early and there's NO CHOICE....so I put on "Untamed World" to keep my eyes open. I think you just made my day a bit better. Thanksamillion, Mr. Smith!
Hey ComicCrazys, that episode was storyboarded by John Dorman, if memory serves and directed by John K. The layouts were done at either Funbag or Red Rover studios both in Canada. I couldn't tell you who did the scene but John K. would know more. I was in Canada as layout supervisor but on the Stinky Butt episode. Thanks for posting those images.
Jim, thanks so much for the info. I love this scene because it's one of the few that seems to have been tampered with the least. The expressions are excellent and pure Spumco. Thanks.

The ever-glourious R&S paintings. It just aint Ren and Stimpy with out a gross close-up painting.
Something I also loved from Ren & Stimpy where the backgrounds. The work of Scott Wills is amazing.

Jim - Just wanted to let you know, I posted this screenshots of this amazing scene from The Ripping Friends.
Could you give me any info on who did layouts, boards, etc.? I would like to credit each of you. Thanks.

I love these screenshots!! I love those closeups on the old Ren and Stimpy. The people who worked on that show were marvelous artists and cartoonists!
Hi Jim, do you know where I could buy some Ren and Stimpy stills?
Thanks
Sam
