Charles Addams

Charles Addams can draw and paint like nobody's business. I was looking at the title painting for the TV show - It looks like a fine old photo, just a nice looking picture. Was it done by Charles or just based on his style?
Fot you all that's hip to Addams I am slow to pick up on stuff.
