Hiya Jim! i'm digging all of these recent posts of yours, especially the layout stuff you've done.
i've been practicing inking on the Wacom and i inked a Chestacles drawing of yours. take a look and tell me what ya think Chestacles Ink. i hope you don't mind me practicing with one of your drawings, but i love this drawing of Chestacles, very Romita-like. talk to you soon!
That's good JR. You got the body down, on the head make sure to exaggerate the chin or lower jaw, (he doesn't really have a chin but jowls that can be turned into chin if needed), but still fat and soft looking, contrasting small shapes with big shapes. Nice work.

kick ass drawing man, $50 is a STEAL
Ok Ryan how about $200? $100? Seriously, if you want to bid $50 I'll take it.
You know, I think you guys were the only cartoon studio that ever made a cartoon yak. Kudos on that. Yaks are manly animals, especially this one.
By the way Mr. Smith, I love this blog. You post some awesome artwork. You are a very talented man.
Thanks weirdo I always look forward to your comments and will do likewise
