Terrific drawings. I love those rock formations. I'm sensing a Chuck Jones "Duck Dodgers" vibe from them. I still think the idea of a bottled city is so cool. That's what I loved best about the Silver Age comics. Lots of far-out sci-fi concepts. Take care of yourself.

Thanks weirdo. Superman had great concepts that were far-fetched and preposterous. Things like what if Batman and Superman were kings of the world and stuff like that.

Jim, just out of curiosity, when the original He-Hog pilot was made, what kinda budget were you guys working on?

What did you think of the blogpost I showed you. I would love some input.

Jimbo said...

James I couldn't tell you about budgets. I was just an artist.

Ok, thanks anyway Jim. He-Hog is one of the many genius ideas out there though. I really wonder why it was never picked up? I thought it was great.

Hi Jim, did you get a chance to look at my Kirk Douglas picture before you deleted your last post? I'd love to hear what you thought about it.

Also do you know why John has made his blog invite only? How do I get an invite? It's really annoying that a few idiots have ruined it for the rest of us.

Fun stuff. When I saw the He-Hog Pilot, it cracks me up how he travels through the air in an aerocar that resembles a flying saucer with a transparent bubble top.

Thank you for sharing your work, Mr. Smith.

Hey ollie, sorry about that I didn't delete out of malice - only to get past all that. If anyone wants to discuss the subject without the smearing and whatnot you are very welcome here. It was getting ridiculous with some of the outright misinformation and giving me a headache. What was it about Kirk?

Jimbo said...

Glad you like it Bruce.

Jim, how do I get invited to johnkstuff? Oh yeah, incredible drawings by the way. Is there any chance of He Hog getting picked up in the near future?

Whe I read the name "He-Hog" in Cinefantastique in 1993, I started laughing. When I saw the drawings, I couldn't wait for the cartoons to arrive. I still hope this character will show-up one day. I'd love to see a show with HH & Chestaclese--like the old Tales to Astonish comic, but animated: One half HH the other Chestaclese, with a cliffhanger every week. Your work continues to make me laugh & be extremely entertaining.

Jon I thinks John K. is back up and open on his blog.
